These terms apply when you use StaffGrid, a public software research directory operated by Emerging S.R.O., IČO 14113902. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
StaffGrid collects and organizes information intended to help people understand software pricing, plan limits, features, security documentation, compliance claims, data rights, company information, and commercial terms.
We use research tools, public website analysis, structured data, automated processing, large language models, and human review. Our work documents what can be established from public evidence. It is not a private audit of a vendor, its product, or its internal systems.
Vendor-owned pages and documents are our primary sources for product features, pricing, plan details, security, compliance, privacy, legal terms, integrations, and data rights.
Other public sources may help us identify common buyer questions or areas that require checking. They do not replace vendor documentation as the source for vendor claims. If public evidence is missing, unclear, or inconsistent, we may say so.
Directory entries are point-in-time assessments. Software, prices, policies, and public documentation may change after the stated verification date. Buyers should confirm material terms directly with the vendor before purchasing.
The Compliance Transparency Index is a public-documentation completeness score. It records whether selected information was found in public vendor sources under the published methodology. It is not a rating or guarantee of product quality, security, performance, suitability, or legal compliance.
AI Visibility reports count successful HTTP 200 requests that match user-agent patterns in our maintained AI-agent manifest. A recognized request does not prove the requester’s identity or purpose, a unique human user, the query that preceded it, successful parsing, use in an answer, citation, recommendation, ranking, or buyer demand. User-agent strings can be changed or spoofed, and activity using unrecognized or browser-like user agents is not included.
StaffGrid is an informational resource. Emerging S.R.O. is not a legal, financial, security, procurement, or compliance adviser.
Our research is not a formal certification of a vendor or product. References to certifications, standards, security practices, or compliance normally describe what the vendor publicly documents; they do not mean that Emerging S.R.O. independently performed the certification or verified private systems.
Important: Always conduct your own due diligence before making a procurement, contractual, security, or compliance decision. Emerging S.R.O. is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors.
Vendors and other readers may send us corrections or updated public sources. We review proposed changes against the available evidence and correct factual errors when appropriate. A correction cannot be purchased.
A Vendor Verified badge means that the vendor reviewed the factual presentation of its listing and confirmed it. The badge is not a product certification or endorsement. It does not change the vendor’s CTI score, AI Visibility results, ranking, or editorial treatment, and it cannot be purchased.
Some directory links may be affiliate or referral links. Emerging S.R.O. may receive compensation if a visitor completes a qualifying action after using one of those links.
Emerging S.R.O. may also offer separate paid research or documentation-audit services. Payment cannot purchase or alter a CTI score, recorded request count, AI Visibility result, ranking, favorable coverage, factual correction, editorial decision, or Vendor Verified badge.
Commercial relationships will be disclosed where relevant. They do not change the research standards applied to public directory content.
You may browse the directory, link to public pages, and reference our findings with appropriate attribution.
You may not interfere with the site’s operation, bypass security or access controls, misrepresent our content, or use automated requests in a manner that materially disrupts the service.
Separate licenses stated on downloadable research datasets govern the reuse of those datasets. Unless a separate license expressly permits it, you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of our directory data, page content, or scoring system at scale without written permission.
The Compliance Transparency Index, the Veracity Protocol, the site design, and original directory content belong to Emerging S.R.O. or its licensors, subject to any separate license expressly applied to a dataset or publication.
Vendor names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
StaffGrid links to software vendors, affiliate platforms, and other third parties. Emerging S.R.O. does not control those products or websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, contracts, pricing, security, privacy practices, or performance.
Your relationship with a vendor or other third party is governed by the terms you agree with that party.
We aim to keep the directory useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, real-time accuracy, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site, its research, scores, reports, and datasets are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Emerging S.R.O. is not responsible for procurement decisions, lost profits, business interruption, or other losses arising from reliance on directory information, AI Visibility reports, research datasets, or the use of a listed product or third-party website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms when our services, operating practices, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the latest published revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply under the law of another jurisdiction.
